Second planning session today for an mscape audio tour of the people (deceased) and places (architectural) and living (nature) of a rather beautiful North Somerset cemetery.
'People come here to die' was the theme of the morning!
I'll be developing this project for the local town council and cemetery friends over the next few months.
Jane from Strata Collective is helping with the storytelling and audio recording, along with the local media college.Plans are already afoot for a Hallowe'en audio tour with Strata and our Soundlines partners in the cemetery.
The historical audio tour will inform part of my university research on the subject of trajectories (with pervasive media in the landscape)
