From Personal Journey to Personal Presence, in Community

Rupert Meese and I held another intensive residential weekend workshop combining activities inspired by Clean Language, Clean Space, Emergent Knowledge, with Peck's Community Building and other creative delights. The weekend was structured with seven sets of Clean questions adapted from Matthew Hudson's Journey of Personal Alignment?

This workshop marked the subtle shift from 'retreat' on the Yorkshire Moors with the theme of Personal Journey at Barmoor in April , to 'advance' and a focus on Personal Presence in Community. It was held in Dadlington near Leicester, from 25th-27th October, with activities based in a beautiful house and gardens on the village green, in the village hall, and dinner in the village pub - all within sight of eachother. And a short review from one of the participants, written for people thinking about coming to a workshop in future:

"This is an opportunity to take a dive into a Personal Development topic of your choice. Your dive can be as  shallow or a s deep as you choose; there are no right or wrong ways to do things this weekend.
It's an experimental exploration, guided by a mix of questions, sensory based mini workshops / sessions, and time for both personal and group reflection.
It's a time for you. A time for new friendships or deepening existing ones. A time to discover more bout yourself, and potentially a time to change and grow.
A beautifully facilitated and well supported personal development weekend, created by Rupert Meese and Jackie Calderwood."
