Where the morning goes...
Ordering emails, a new folder for papers and calls ACTIVE.
Updating this blog. Checking links. Reading things along the way.
Watching film trailers and browsing the dot and line film festival site. Interests - add to links.
Looking at other calls. No, enough already! But!
And it's a couple of hours later before the days tasks start as planned - feedback forms for Dundee, Text Making (more links, questions to answer, ideas to form), the odd email, diary update, glances at the frost turning mist turning glorious sunny day. Coffee. A dressing gown day :) Much anticipated. By 1.40pm it's time to make lunch, leave the next feedback (Athens) ready to fill in on return, and head to the woods. Yesterday's wood walk didn't happen - nor the swim that was meant to replace it. (Ah, but lots of mumbling round the web, updating diary and year planner, perusing Avanca website, writing application to help with attendance costs, booking flights and researching possible accommodation , travel, registration form complete - just needs paper! - and registration, accommodation and more info on Wellbeing. A drawn-out but successful late night of trawling the web.) 2pm Lunch is ready (slightly burned).
Ugh, 2 hours of evening work time spent looking up stuff and trying to sort out more things for accommodation travel & training (3&4)... really haven't got very far with the list of stuff that needs doing. But did go out geocaching with dogs earlier and found 2, didn't find another, fist experience of mini caches disguised as rocks, and found a 1000 year old oak, one of the 10 oldest trees in England according to the geocachers info... and a big red rising full moon, too!
Definitely an 8+ hr day but not as many things off the list as I'd hoped... ambling time's essential!
