Just came across this example using projeqt - free cloud service for turning pptx or pdf into 'dynamic presentations for a real-time world' - integrating twitter feeds, online vides etc. Looks interesting, but a sketch book gets my interest more than a tweet anyday...
What I was really looking into (!) is Medicine Unboxed, an arts and health initiative in Gloucester:
